Hi there,
here are a few notes I am making for public record.
I wish to create my first mod over the next few days, or however long it takes.
I am quite excited and would really like to detail a few specifics of what I am hoping to create.
I found a great tutorial, and would love to bring out a career mod that compliments
one of my more favourite mods from the Sims 4 community.
A mod by Lot51CC – which is a great place for anyone that wants a lot of realistic gameplay,
an assortment of scripting mods and some objects that really enhance the Sims 4.
The mod I particularly favour is the Flicbuster mod –

This mod, is a great mod that lets you put a dvd rental service and a service like netflix to your game.
I am particularly fond of this as
I passionately worked for video stores, in my young adult years.
So, the mod I want to make the most,
is a career mod that compliments the DVD Rental
service now available
for the mod community of The Sims 4.
I would like this project most, because
I feel as a video store employee for almost a decade of my life
I can make any career I make of this nature, something really special,
because I am hoping to slip in a joke, or just something from my past experiences in
high achieving target sales, and bring it to the sims 4 community in my first mod.
I can’t say for certain if I will jump on it straight away, like trying to link in LOTCC objects and work.
It may be too complicated.
The instructions I have bookmarked for the Mod Constructor program
seem to list them quite clearly, so we will see how adventurous I feel when I am in the rhythm.
I can program, but only barely and I rarely get this far, because it takes a lot of discipline
and this means I have to sacrifice my artwork pursuits.
This is because I can seem to manage an artistic lifestyle
and a programming skillset at the same time.
It’s one or the other for me.
However, this is quite easy work compared to the real depth of the modding community.
So I don’t want to blow everyone’s mind and think I’m a super genius….
I really am not that talented.
I get by, yeah… I have a little talent,
but my skillsets are generally limited. I’m just an over experienced web head really.

So just to wrap up this mini article I am writing now.
I expect this mod to be created in 4-5 days.
It will compliment the Lot51 Flicbuster as a video store employee career.
I hope to have rewards, Items that go with
the dvd player, from in the base game.
Things like a computer, a TV as a reward, that kind of thing.
that’s the part I am most looking forward too.
If I get to reward the
MODDED DVD RENTAL VENDING MACHINE –
that would be the very frosty icing on the cake!
Thus tying me into possibly my favourite mod team of all time.

And just like that, I’ve got my first Collab project.
I am sure that I will come across road bumps
that get me frazzled on why something isn’t working.
But I hope to get something tested and working on my KO-FI page.

For like as all modders do, they put their work in timed release for people who can support me.
And then after say 90 days?? I will release it to the public once its completely perfected
and those who want it free, will be welcome to it.
